Description

For over a month there has been a significant amount of trash outside of the apartment building dumpsters. This is a chronic issue and happens monthly. This is causing loose trash to blow all over the alley and make it look terrible. The trash is blowing into neighboring properties. The persistence of this issue with no remediation is getting absurd.
