Description
This is an amendment to request ID DPW000165611. Request Laburnum Park neighborhood traffic calming assessment, potential 4 way stop. This intersection & all of Palmyra Ave between Hermitage & Brook Rd get a large volume of cut-through traffic peak hours roughly 7:00 am-9:00 am, 3:30-6:00 pm. Volume and risk comllicated by Hermitage facility staff parking & deliveries obscuring visibility. Children and families walk/bike to & from 3 area schools & are at risk, & other walkers, bikers, joggers.
