    The 85th percentile speed, the speed that 85 percent of drivers travel at or below, is one of the best indicators of a reasonable and safe speed. The 85th percentile speed on N St is 28 mph. The speed samples show compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not panned but we will plan to install 25mph signs on N St in each direction.
