Description
Asphalt Patches from recent waterline/water meter replacement are significantly above grade and run perpendicular to traffic. They basically act like unmarked speed bumps in a road that is heavily trafficked by trucks going 30-40 mph. Trucks and trailers hit these patches so hard it could cause damage and it shakes the nearby houses all day and night. Please level the patches with the road.
