Description
Every week day at 5pm, cars run thru the red light at Hull St, causing cars who have the right of way on 2nd st to either cut in front of traffic or wait endless cycles until someone does not run this light. Please station an officer and check this out - it happens literally every week day. The people driving on Hull St either do not care or do not notice that they are actually running a light by doing this.
