Description

More specifically the remainder of garbage left by the vacated homelessness encampment that used to sit next to the target Fence on the Chippenham to Forest Hill exit. Lots of trash and remaining clothes, shopping carts and other left behind belongings. The other three ramps of this exit always need picked up as well
