    Ms. Milner request that I open a service request so that her concerns are addressed.

    Citizen left message @10:43 am today in reference to 1809 Carter St. I called Ms. Milner back @804-278-9383 and no one answered. Message came thru after 10 rings or more that my call could not be completed as dialed.

    Citizen called back and confirmed the limb was picked up but she is still waiting on an assessment on the tree.

    Ms. Milner left a vm on 3/28 concerning status on her request. Called her back this morning and told her I would reach out again to the Arborist.

    Assessment was done today by S Lilly. Per Mr. Lilly the tree is in good condition and does not meet service criteria at this time. I called Ms. Milner and gave her the findings from the assessment. She said ok and thank you. Closing ticket.
