Description
Heading into the City on Hull Street, there used to be no parking signs on this block (1900) that prevented cars parking in the right lane. Now cars are parked 24/7 in the lane and it impedes morning traffic as the light backs up in the left lane with turning vehicles. This is creating a dangerous situation. Whomever is parking there realizes it as they have placed cones behind the parked cars.
