Description
I have witnessed several accidents involving vehicles exiting the alley onto Lombardy street between Broad and Grace streets, heading west onto Lombardy. Vehicles on Lombardy are parking too close to the alley which limits the view of traffic on Lombardy when exiting the alley. Vehicles exiting the alley get hit by cars on Lombardy.
