Description
The sections of the sidewalk are uneven and present a tripping hazard. At night, the uneven sidewalk is obscured by shadows. A street light puts light in the area, but a pole or tree (I don't recall which) puts the uneven area in a shadow so that the change in elevation is invisible. See the attached photos. I have tripped on it, and I am aware of at least 3 others who have tripped. This is a very dangerous situation. This should be repaired promptly. Someone is going to trip and get badly hurt, and the City could be liable for the person's injuries.
