- Staff · February 13, 2024Traffic calming is not currently planned on 25th St. 25th St has a functional classification of “Urban Collector”, carries about 4,000 vehicles a day and is a strategic route for emergency vehicles. Traffic signal progression speeds determine the pace of an urban street. The traffic signal system progressions (green waves) are set to work at 25mph along the corridors such as 25th St. DPW staff will also make sure 25th St is posted at 25mph in each travel direction.
