Description
Brook has bike and parking lanes. Signs and plastic bollards previously indicated this and cut off access to bike and parking lanes. Repaving removed those signs and they need replacing. Drivers drive in the parking lane at high speeds. Parkers park in the bike lanes. Striping alone is insuffient.
