Description

The barrier walls needs to be pushed back onto the property at the Old Dominion Building. Sidewalks are missing along with traffic lanes. These barriers have been in the road and reducing traffic lanes for years. This is a hazard to pedestrians and commuters. Completely unsafe and irresponsible.
