Description

Sidewalk is "buckled", grossly uneven and dangerous for everyone, especially numerous seniors who live on the block. It's been this way for several years but not fixed. Would really appreciate it if this could be resolved asap to present injury.

    This location has been inspected on 2/28/2024. 10x5 ft section of damaged concrete sidewalk due to tree roots. The repairs will be conducted according to the rating system and safety hazard concerns.

    Upon investigation, it has been found that 3614 Ellwood Ave has been placed on the sidewalk maintenance list of repairs. Please keep in mind that repair timeframes are tentative and subject to change due to circumstances beyond the maintenance crew's control. If the repairs have not been completed by April 15, 2026 you may request follow up information at that time.
