Description

Caller states there is a metal slab sticking out in the road; caller states he was on left hand-side driving towards Chesterfield, the slab is sticking out on the right-hand side that comes over the left-hand side; Caller states the slab has had work done but it's still a hazard in the road. Caller states there was damage to the passenger side of this car
