    An inspector has visited the location and spoken with the business owner/rep; business owner/rep has been advised to remove sandwich board sign from middle of sidewalk and to maintain a clear pedestrian path; business owner/rep has been advised that an encroachment permit must be applied for any item placed in the public right-of-way.
