Description
large sections of the side walk are popped up due to tree roots. tripping hazard. tree roots are so large they have been causing damage to private property. tar repairs on the side walk have been there since before 2003 and some of the tar came lose and has been removed by homeowners. this block has not had any repairs since before i owned property on this block and that was 2003. so for more than 20 years The City of Richmond has been neglecting this block. I have made several requests.
