Description
A lot of litter is piling up into the storm drain which is hazardous and could be clogging. It is city property and a couple years ago some people finally came out and cleaned it for me and confirmed it was not my responsibility as it is public property. It is only an issue on the side of the house facing Blandy Ave. Thank you!
