Description
Cliff Avenue is used as a connector between E Ladies Mile Rd and Brookland Park Blvd. Drivers regularly speed. Cliff Ave is one-way with cars parked along both sides. Amazingly, someone hasn't been hurt already! I have noticed other nearby streets (Woodrow and E Ladies Mile) have new speed humps and Cliff Ave desperately needs one as well.

The 85th percentile speed on Cliff Ave in this area is 27mph. This speed sample is in compliance with the posted 25 mph speed. Speed tables are not planned. There are 25mph and curve warning signs with advisory speeds posted along Cliff.
