Description
2 MASSIVE stumps cut by city & abandoned. One HUGE log (cut by city and left behind) ROLLED onto the tennis court. Thankfully nobody was injured there at the time. If this had happened in Byrd Park, this would have been cleaned up immediately. The city does not care about Battery Park.
