Description
The timing of this light is no longer correct. During school pickup and drop off there can be a red light for 5 minutes, resulting in long lines and people running the red light to get their kids to school. A dangerous situation for students walking to school and for traffic in general.

I wanted to clarify that the lights you were inquiring about are actually Dynamic Message Signs used for left turn prohibition. Following my site visit I can confirm that these Dynamic Message Signs have been deactivated as they were deemed unnecessary at this time.
