Description

Lipscomb Street is in dire need of repaving. It has been a while since it was paved. The city has done repair work previously, only to replace asphalt as well as other street work. With the new construction along Lipscomb Street it would be nice for the residents to be able to enjoy a nicely paved street. Thank you for your assistance in this matter.
