Description
The entire street/intersection was ripped up by a construction crew over a month ago. E 31st Street was paved up to a certain point, but then they stopped so a huge chunk of Lawson Street and some of E 31st Street was left with the sub-street exposed, with tons of gravel and pot holes. The job has been left unfinished since before Christmas.
