Description
The PHB at Laburnum and Monticello is not programmed appropriately for the community needs. It often takes > 2 min. to activate the flashers for peds waiting on either side of the street, the timing is inconsistent, as I have recorded a wide variety of wait times over the past few months. The crossing guard is having a very hard time working with it, & students who use the intersection to access the hub stop at Holton are not accommodated, & have now taken to not crossing at the crosswalk.
