Description
Every time I go to use my trashcan, I never can and I’m stuck and tired of it because it is filled and there’s only two of us living at the residency in different apartments and other people keep putting their garbage in my trashcan and I was not able to throw away the little bit of trash I had so I had to put it in my trashcan my personal trashcan out back until next trash collection on Thursday, which is not fair to me .
