Description
This is the 300 W Grace St Building Entrance and the Alley behind it. Persons are parking and partially blocking or blocking the entrance into 300 W Grace and the alley behind. It makes it difficult to enter as well as exit safely from the parking lot & the alley. It makes it difficult to turn out of those locations, and it makes for poor visibility pulling out. There should be so many feet from the entrance one can park as well as the alley.
