- Staff · January 29, 2024The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. Q St stops at Oakwood Ave and 31st St. The distance between these two intersections measures about 1000’. This does not meet the minimum distance for consideration of a speed table. DPW will make sure each direction on Q St between Oakwood Ave and 31st St. has 25mph signs. AF – See my email about a work order – TB
