Description
This intersection needs something else to help with the rampant speeding issues and accidents that have happened, I live in the apartments near here and I have windows overlooking the intersection. I have lost count of the number of crashes that have happened from drivers running the stop sign on Marshall. It’s also very worrisome crossing the street to get packages from neighboring building, people just drive way too fast down 18th St.
