Description

This dead tree is located on city verge. It is very tall and sits immediately adjacent to a 3-way intersection. If (and when) it falls it will cause severe property damage. The land it stands on is wet/swampy all year round and tall trees are uprooted in rain/wind even when healthy. It is merely a matter of time before this tree goes down poorly if not cut down.
