Description
There are brutal accidents at this intersection due to poor visibility AND SPEEDING on a WEEKLY BASIS. This is my second request - PLEASE TAKE ACTION NOW. The last accident was the worst I've seen - January 12 - at least three cars involved, at least one was totaled, unsure if there were injuries but people were screaming in the streets, clearly in shock and so upset. I see that 22nd street and T street received speed humps - PLEASE do the same for 23rd street.
