Several large potholes on Chimborazo Blvd., between E. Broad St. and E. Marshall St. As a retired Civil Engineer and Professional Engineer, I believe the pavement rating on this stretch is probably zero (0), with many sections of E. Marshall St. probably rated a ten (10) or below. This is becoming dangerous to vehicular traffic.
