Description
Large pothole, approximately 1’x1’ square and several inches deep. It is in the middle of the intersection of E. Marshall Street, N. 21st Streer, and Jefferson Avenue. There are numerous potholes on E. Marshall Street between the above stated intersection and Oliver Hill Way. Some similar in size to the Marshall/21st/Jefferson intersection.
