- Staff · January 25, 2024The focused approach on speed management in the City’s Neighborhood Traffic Management Program first considers the distance of a free flow street of at least 1200’ in length in a tangent section without traffic signals, existing traffic calming measures or stopped conditions on the major street. The distance on Davis Ave between Grayland Ave and Lakeview Ave measures about 700’ much less than the minimum requirement of 1200’ so speed tables are not currently planned.
