White oak tree planted with 6’ of a ALL Way Stop sign. Also parallel to sidewalk. Tree growth is 40-70’ width and 80’-100’Height. TREES, PLANTS AND/OR SHRUBBERY OBSTRUCTING VIEW AT INTERSECTION OR VIEW OF TRAFFIC SIGNS. 15’ is the closet any of the aforementioned maybe planted.
