Description
Our Alley was graveled this year with a sub base of asphalt that raised the level and did not slope toward center for rainwater runoff. This has caused flooding in three yards and homes at bottom of the hill on the now downward slope and higher grade. Water flows from alley to backyards of 2410 then 2412 and ends at 2416 Hawthore creating massive flooding. This needs to be repaired inmediately as my hime aylt 2416 has flooded three times since Dec 18th with the massive rainsand alley issues.
