Description

This is to follow up on two open requests (Cityworks ID: 513867, ID: 515742) & the recently closed request (ID: 519630). Yes, the detection is behind the stop bar, but if you try to make a left-hand turn during "off hours", you will sit there for several minutes. It makes sense for the light to default to Forest Hill, but during "peak hours", as mentioned in another ticket, it is green for 10-15 seconds, not enough time given a dip in the road. Recalibration is needed for on & off hours.
