Description

Trees have limbs caught up in tree, and fell suddenly. It just missed a pedestrian. Also tree by alley is completely dead, both trees were struck by lightning back in August was reported at that time. This really needs attention as it is a major walking area for pedestrians. Please send someone to the limbs down. Thank you. Sandra Brent, 804-937-0397
