Description

An old couch, fell off of a vehcile rounding the curve to the Manchester Bridge ramp. Reported 18 days ago and the couch is still there, in spite of several city (empty) pickup trucks and a crew cleaning trash up in that area around the floodwall parking lot (recently- last week).
