Speed Bump Installation - A steel rail has been installed at the curb in from of my house located @6407 Winter Road 23225 on Friday, 1/6/2024. It is a safety hazard. Hazard & needs to be moved to the end of the property line promptly. I called City of Richmond on Friday, 1/5 and left my name, phone number for Contractor to return my call or come by. 804/276-6290
