Description
The tree behind 200 N 32nd is dead and continues to drop branches and cause a safety risk to neighbors and those accessing the parks. Construction in the area has forced pedestrians to walk underneath this tree and it is a matter of time before it drops branches on them. Utility pole guy wires go through the trunk and utilities run through its branches. Previous requests by neighbors show it was "completed" and state "the area is a mess". This tree is beyond property lines and on the city's land
