Description
East Hillcrest Avenue is an half mile long road connecting Cary Street to Charmian Road & Hillwood Avenue with a 25mph speed limit. It is a fairly steep hill down from Cary Street and by the time it reaches the bottom it connects to four incoming neighborhood roads. Because of the hill, people tend to pick up speed going down, or gun their engines for the climb up. Problem exists with residents and the many contractors and grounds people who work here daily. Need a speed table or other control
