Description
One major limb is dead with several broken limbs, all of which could fall onto and damage cars parked in front of the house. The tree closest to the small sidewalk is the one affected.

- Staff · April 19, 2024Mr. Gregory left message checking status of his request. Reached back out @804-814-3545 and left him a message that tree is scheduled for pruning but I do not have an ETA.
- Staff · April 19, 2024Mr. Gregory called back and I advised him that I sent an email to the Arborist to check on an ETA. Citizen also concerned that our system isn't recognizing his actual address, and he has to use his neighbor's address. I advised him that is possibly a DIT isuue.
