Description
Street sign has unecessarily closed Hamilton for months and needs to be removed. There is seldom a need for work in the street used for building for new building. City residents don't need to have this obstacle in the way for any longer. Other projects in richmond close the street and then reopen when there is no work activity. This is the second or third request for this removal. Please help us for 2024!!!! thank you!!
