Description
The left turn green arrows for eastbound and for westbound traffic on E Main St have changed recently and now cause a decent backup on both sides, often when no cars are in the left turn lanes. They appear to be strictly on timers, rather than detecting vehicles in the turn lanes. For example, the left turn from E Main St onto Water St gives a long green arrow at every cycle, even though most times there are zero vehicles needing to turn. I'd recommend changing back to vehicle detection here.
