Description
Concord ave is a dead end street, yet because there is no No Outlet or Dead End there is a constant flow of cars and trucks coming down the street, getting stuck because there is NO PLACE for them to turn around. So they use people's yards or they back out which aside from annoying from the backup beeping, it creates a hazard on this small quiet street. Its not a lot to ask for considering the property taxes I'm paying now. I work from home and see and hear this all day long.
