Description

Very sloppy patch work by Mastec after a gas line connection to 103 Libbie Ave was previously reported in July, 2023 (DPW000148358). Dangerous potholes have formed and the patch has deteriorated since additional repair was done in Nov 2023. All loose gravel and asphalt should be removed from the shoulder/curb area and the patch redone in a professional manner. We normally keep our front curb area clear of leaves and debris, but we unable to do so until this mess is cleaned up.
