Description
Citizen's Son Mr. Wilkins is requesting an assessment of the sidewalk in front of his Mother's house that is being raised by roots from a City tree. Mr. Wilkins advised that this has been an ongoing issue that his Mother has previously reported in the past. Citizen is a Senior and the sidewalk maybe a tripping hazard.
