Description

The pedestrian crossing on the east side of S. 12th St., crossing Byrd St., is not marked. Westbound drivers on Byrd St. cannot see pedestrians well because the flood wall obstructs their view. Eastbound drivers usually ignore the stop sign. We need better marking for the crosswalk, as well as Yield to Pedestrian signs to make the walkway safe for pedestrians.
