Description

Whole section from Chimborazo down E Broad. People are speeding straight through stop signs. Sounds like a race track. All times of day, worse at night.

    The existing all-way stop intersections on Broad St at 23, 24, 26, 27, 28, 30, 31 and 32 streets were installed via City Council Ordinances. The stop signs were recently replaced. No further actions planned by DPW. You may wish to contact the Richmond Police Dept for enforcement.
