Description
The bike lane flex posts on the North and Southbound sides of 1800, 1900, and 2000 blocks of Brook Rd are broken and missing. Cars are literally always parked in the bike lanes in front of the Spectrum apartments (2017 Brook Rd). Please help. Thank you
